Green tea is slightly fermented and therefore contains much less teine and is lighter than black. It concentrates the highest amount of antioxidants - in particular a type of active compound in the family of flavonoids, the catechins, which are the most active antioxidants.
To prepare a cold tea, you will need 13g of tea per 1lt of water. Then place it in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours. To prepare a hot tea, you will need 7g of tea per 1lt of water. The water temperature should be between 90 and 100 ℃. The extraction time is 4-5 minutes.
